OUR CATERING MENU
We tailor our catering menus depending on the type of event and our customers’ preferences, from intimate dinner parties, family style feasts and sumptuous outdoor BBQs. We work with our clients to make sure we're able to create a menu that suits their tastes, dietary requirements, and budget, while always ensuring the food on show will always be the star of the show.
We offer a full range of seasonal dishes, from canapés and starters, side dishes, main courses and desserts. With Southern-style cooking, vegetables always take centre stage, so there are plenty of mouth-watering delights for vegetarians and vegans, without ever forgetting the committed carnivore.

Slow & low wood fired BBQ
A cornerstone of Southern tradition, BBQ is synonymous with a good time and can be enjoyed all year round whatever the weather.
We smoke our meats for hours upon end, until cooked to perfection using the finest quality meats from London’s top butchers. We compliment these with a selection of all-natural hard woods, that produce the highest quality blue smoke, infusing our cooking with a signature woodfired flavour using fuel from sustainable sources for that authentic taste.
