Proper Southern cornbread, made the way it should be. We bake ours with yellow cornmeal, real butter and buttermilk, then fold through plenty of fresh jalapeños for a gentle kick that has the perfect balance of sweet and heat. Golden on the outside, soft and moist in the middle.
The perfect partner for our pulled pork, brisket and BBQ chicken. Serve it warm with a knob of butter, or use it to mop up every last bit of sauce.
