Chilli-Peach Jam

A fruity chilli jam, with a mild-medium heat which allows the fireflame and pasilla’s chilli flavour to shine.  All on the background of sweet peaches! Serve with creamy cheeses, or as we do, on chicken wings - just bake in the oven, and slather over for the last 10minutes cooking time until caramalised and sticky!  Also great with sausages and bacon!
